Spartan DX-12 tubes feature thin-walls to ensure effi cient and homogenous heat transfer, making them ideal for rapid thermal cycling. The small tube diameter and optical clarity enable optimal fluorescence detection. Tubes can hold reaction volumes ranging from 10 to 20 μl. The cap forms a leak resistant seal to eliminate evaporation and prevent contamination. Available as individually sealed bags of 96 tubes to protect against cross-contamination.

The Centrifuge Adaptor accommodates a single Spartan DX-12 tube with cap. The centrifuge adaptor ensures that the tubes are protected and held tightly in place during centrifugation. Adaptors have the same outer dimensions as a 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tube and can be used in standard benchtop centrifuges up to 15,000 RCF.

The Spartan Tube Rack is constructed of ABS polymer, and can withstand low temperatures (-20°C). The functional design accommodates and organizes 24 Spartan DX-12 tubes and 30 microcentrifuge tubes (0.5 to 2 ml). Tapered wells keep tubes centered and upright. Dimensions: 16.2 cm length x 11.4 cm width x 2.5 cm height; weight 75 g.
